I am all kinds of yuck and nasty right now since I'm running on two hours of sleep and hot off a weekend vacation to Portland, so I'm leaving the heavy lifting reporting to those with more energy.
Berkeleyside has the latest on the food trucks that will be appearing during
Off the Grid's maiden voyage in Berkeley tomorrow. As already noted, Cupkates, Liba Falafel, Hapa SF, and the Taco Guys will be bringing the party, but they've also invited four other trucks, including the newly launched Fins on the Hoof, to come along for the ride. There's also going to be
Skylite Snowballs, which I was really excited about until I realized they were ice and not the disgustingly good Hostess diabetes balls. Each week the trucks will rotate but remain focused on East Bay-based vendors.
