According to Ethan over at Diablo Dish, Home of Chicken and Waffles will be holding a soft opening this weekend. I’ve been led on by the promise of that place opening so many times I’m almost afraid to believe and have my heart broken once again, but it sounds like it’s the real thing this time. Either stop by this weekend while they work out the kinks, or wait until Monday when they should be open for regular business. And duh, get the chicken and waffles.
