Tender Greens Walnut Creek Opens

Tender Greens, a cafeteria-style restaurant with an emphasis on fresh and local ingredients, finally opened in Walnut Creek this Saturday, just barely making good on its promise to be open by April (but I'll give it to them, they got it done by the 30th). When I called today the young lady on the phone promised they'd be open from 7am-10pm, which makes it one of the quicker, healthier dining options open late-ish (local salad joint Lettuce closes at 9pm).
